The Silence Pant is breathable and stretchy, making it the most comfortable leak protection for daily active wear. It also decreases the noise of many styles of briefs.

Designed for light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend pairing this pant with a hybrid system such as a disposable diaper or booster pad that has an adhesive strip to hold it in place. This combines the benefits of a disposable product and waterproof protection. Silence Pants can also be used with a cloth diaper or washable pad.

Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

    1. I have to say I'd give them a 5 but I don't have anything to compare them with. 2. They really help with noise. 3. They kind of breathe, but don't leak. Wore with a cloth back disposable, and they had trapped a ton of moisture, didn't notice any with a plastic backed disposable. The outer layer is fabric ish I would definitely recommend.

    I purchased a size M so my nighttime diaper’s would fit within them. They’re quite a bit thicker than my daytime diaper’s. It’s hard to believe how quiet and come to the door!

    I’ve been wearing my new pants for a couple weeks now, and I am still absolutely impressed with the way they stretch and retain there fit after many washing. I do wash by hand and hang dry like all my other incontinence undergarments I haven’t had any accidents, but it’s still the confidence to know if something did happen I have no worries of leaks

    These are amazing. They are soft, stretchy, smooth inside and very comfortable. Most importantly. they are COOL. You can wear them all day or all night and not get hot. I have one in each color. They run true to size so the size chart is perfect.
