The Silence Pant is breathable and stretchy, making it the most comfortable leak protection for daily active wear. It also decreases the noise of many styles of briefs.

Designed for light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend pairing this pant with a hybrid system such as a disposable diaper or booster pad that has an adhesive strip to hold it in place. This combines the benefits of a disposable product and waterproof protection. Silence Pants can also be used with a cloth diaper or washable pad.

Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

    These are very comfortable diaper covers! They fit fine under my clothes and help keep disposable diapers nicely in place. There is some leakage protection as well.

    I am generally pleased with the product, as it fits well and works as promised. I use them as a second line of defense while sleeping, the first being the disposable adult diapers for overnight use. They also provide added security if I will be out of the house for a longer period of time and washrooms are not readily accessible or not pleasant to use.

    Great For Everyday Wear

    There are times when I need some extra protection. I often find myself in situations, where I just can't make ti to a restroom "In Time". Examples: Road trips; Long movies, concerts, and plays; and Shopping. For times like those, these Silence Pants are the perfect solution. The variety of colors allows me to "Choose" which color matches the color of pants that I'm going to be wearing. Highly Recommend these Silence Pants!

    I have Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD]. This Diaper Cover fits perfectly, over a Rearz cloth, pre-fold diaper. Everything is nice, and snug. The colorful pattern looks great, and makes me feel like a young kid again. Some adults, like myself, like the warmth, comfort, and security, of a tight diaper, and a soft, colorful diaper cover.
