The Silence Pant is breathable and stretchy, making it the most comfortable leak protection for daily active wear. It also decreases the noise of many styles of briefs.

Designed for light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend pairing this pant with a hybrid system such as a disposable diaper or booster pad that has an adhesive strip to hold it in place. This combines the benefits of a disposable product and waterproof protection. Silence Pants can also be used with a cloth diaper or washable pad.

Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

    These things are everything I hoped they would be. I bought and wore them all day long, no leg hole pain. Wore them over the loudest diapers I have, no sound. I also wore a diaper that was prone to leaks, no leaks from these plastic pants. In summation, these are worth buying and have atleast 1 pair. I will be ordering more for sure.

    tho i do miss the feeling of the plastic pant these are perfect for work or out in public over any of the rears diapers disposable and cloth I do like them and only had one leak due to my lack of attention to diaper parts that was being covered no fault on their part excellent product machine wash hang dry is best rearz has one the best customer support in the business done a lot of business with them *****excellence

    These diaper covers are wonderful. soft, stretchy and comfortable to wear all night. I'm a size 43 with 29 in leg and the XL fit perfect.
