Understanding Upcoming Price Changes on Select Incontrol Products

For people managing incontinence, dependable products are an important part of feeling secure in daily life. At Incontrol, providing that reliability at a fair price has always been central to what we do.

Effective October 29th, 2026, prices on select disposable products will change. A small number of products will increase in price, while many others will decrease. Below, we explain why these changes are happening and which products are affected.

Rising Costs Across the Supply Chain

Producing high quality incontinence products requires specialized materials and careful manufacturing. In recent months, costs have increased at nearly every stage of that process:

• Materials: The absorbent materials and components in each product have become more expensive to source.
• Production: Manufacturing costs have climbed.
• Transportation: Moving products to our warehouses and on to our customers costs more.
• Tariffs: Tariffs have added further pressure on top of these increases.

Our Approach to Pricing

We strive to keep our prices as low as possible so that customers can continue to access the products they depend on. Rather than adjusting pricing across our entire product line, we reviewed each product individually. Where increases were necessary, we kept them as modest as possible, and where we were able to lower prices, we have.

We understand that our products offer more than protection. They provide peace of mind, dignity and the confidence to stay active and engaged in everyday life. That understanding continues to guide every decision we make.

Affected Products

Overall, prices across our product cases will decrease by about 2% on average. The table below shows how pricing will change for each affected product and size. Products not listed will remain at their current prices.

Planning Ahead

Current pricing remains in effect for all orders placed before October 29th, 2026. If a product you use is increasing in price, you may wish to place your order before that date. For products that are decreasing, the lower price will apply automatically to orders placed on or after October 29th.
