Do not let leaks or odour hold you back! Stay protected and comfortable all day long with the Airtight Rubber Pants. Designed to contain leaks and odours, these pants feature a white rubber exterior with white elastic leg openings for a secure, comfortable fit.

Designed for all levels of incontinence. This product should be paired with a cloth or disposable diaper. For lighter incontinence, a booster pad that has an adhesive strip to hold it in place is a great hybrid system. This combines the benefits of a disposable product and waterproof protection.

Please measure to fit the legs first, then measure to fit the waist/hip.

Good grade and thickness. Waist and leg openings seal well. For #2, a great idea, well designed and fabricated. For #1, you have less expensive , even better, choices. THESE CAN TEAR [handle with care]-if this is a concern, go with Silence Pants [ideal day/night solution] or many other offerings here or elsewhere. I recall these fondly because when I was a young bedwetter in the 50s, I used cloth diapers and these. THEY RUN LARGE. I am 6', 220#, and 42" waist. At night, I wear both a disposable and a cloth diaper solution; either pull up or pin on--and I STILL have lots of room for more. If I buy more, I'll get the next smaller size. Everything else I buy is ALL in 2x! These I can pull up 6" above belly button lol!

Best diaper cover

This latex cover went beyond what it said about it I use it over a diaper at night because they have a powder smell and this suppresses it. My best use was with my omtsu waddle 2 it fit over it with 3" to spare was able to use in public without urine smell coming out of the cover. I was impressed when I got home, the diaper was soaked and smelled, but it kept it contained.

One word … WOW. These pants are 100% latex rubber like back before plastic pants. Super soft and stretchy. I bought 3 pair. More comfortable than vinyl pants. I wear them 24/7 … to work, to bed, to play.
