I have medical incontinence and use these for my day time diapers.

I expected these to be less absorbent that the Be Dry Nights. But they were just as absorbent, and with actual tapes, stayed well in place the night into the morning.

For someone with urge IC and bedwetting issues, this is a perfect diaper. It can be used day or night without a problem

As a young, fit guy (mid-30's), I definitely don't fit the common paradigm of someone who has to wear diapers. But, mixed incontinence combined with overactive bladder is one of those "invisible diseases," and these diapers help me keep it invisible. InControl BeDry diapers are easily some of the best diapers on the market, regardless of price, which is also good. During the day I can wear them with confidence that no one around me will know I have a diaper on or that I have incontinence, and at night, when I wet the most (sometimes 2 whole voids), they protect the bed. Sure, I tried less absorbent pull-up and "discreet" products, but they just didn't provide the confidence and security that true diapers like these give me. Obviously, diapers are one of those products we'd all prefer never to have to use, but as long as my incontinence persists, wearing these diapers make it manageable and tolerable.

These are my go to daytime diapers. 2 will usually get me through a full day. They are super comfy, no extra bulk, I can even exercise or walk around for a long time in them. Sure, they won't hold 3 gallons of liquid, but at that point, nothing is comfortable. The best part is the cost makes them cheaper per diaper than most of the other name brand diapers out there.
