    Very wonderful product. Very absorbent, trustworthy. High-quality. They come with Velcro tabs that are also useful for adjusting as the time passes. If you need a good strong, and dependable garment, this is a great, most effective, and trustworthy brief to use. No matter what. The night versions are also splendid.

    I am a 5'6 140lbs guy, with a 28-1/2" waistline. These are better than the Megamax XS's in terms of comfort, by far. As others have said you probably don't want more absorbency than these have, they are excellent. Perfect tapes, lightweight and cozy, the cut is great, leg gathers and leakguards are top-tier quality, etc. Soft where the Megamax is stiff. Please never get rid of the XS size! I will order these forever. So happy that I tried them. Would love to try the fun designs in an XS brief as well.

    Just tried these out recently - the best diaper I’ve ever worn! I’m normally a Megamax guy but these are on par if not better. Hook and loop tapes really make a difference for multiple readjustments. Softest plastic shell ever. Keeps me dry no matter what I’m doing. I’m 6 feet, 215 lbs and the large fits perfectly. Shipped discretely and quickly. I immediately bought a case right before they suspended shipping to the US. So sad I won’t be able to reliably keep a supply until this tariff nonsense is over. Not many US retailers from what I can see, but hopefully I’ll be a customer for life.

    The elite care diaper is highly absorbent and has never leaked, even after two wettings. Very comfortable to wear with smooth, soft plastic backing, and soft inside left me feeling dry and leak free. Hook and loop tabs are nice, but do start to lose grip after several hours of continuous wear, and must be tightened a little bit. But overall, a very impressive, high quantity diaper.

    I really like the InControl BeDry EliteCare Premium Incontinence Briefs. The velco-like closures ensure a perfect fit, easy adjustment and no leaks, but I still use a PUL diaper cover for extra protection, to reduce sagging when wet, and to allow me to use the toilet easily when possible. My nerve damage has worsened, but the InControl BeDry EliteCare Premium Incontinence Briefs still last 24+ hours. Best diaper I've ever used and it's very comfortable, even when wet.
