The Silence Pant is breathable and stretchy, making it the most comfortable leak protection for daily active wear. It also decreases the noise of many styles of briefs.

Designed for light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend pairing this pant with a hybrid system such as a disposable diaper or booster pad that has an adhesive strip to hold it in place. This combines the benefits of a disposable product and waterproof protection. Silence Pants can also be used with a cloth diaper or washable pad.

Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

    This Pink Butterfly diaper cover is very comfortable to wear over a daytime diaper or incontinence panties. It feels soft and light. and there is no noise. The quality is excellent, both materials and craftmanship. I enjoy wearing this diaper cover and the protection it gives me. This is my second one in this color.

    Just love these pants; they're so cute! The fabric is breathable so they're not hot even in warm weather unlike traditional plastic pants. I wear them during the day over a disposable nappy and the combination gives really good protection against leaks as the elastic at the legs and waist is secure but does not rub or cause discomfort. Thoroughly recommend these diaper covers!

    Really love these pants. You can wear them all day over pads or diapers and not get sweaty, which was the case for old-fashiones plastic pants. The cut is good and they seem to be leakproof too. A top class diaper cover, well worth the money.

    These are the most comfortable i have ever had. Material feels soft and sturdy. They dont dig into my skin, like most others do, yet are very secure and prevent any leaks reliably. The cut is also just about perfect. Wide enough between the legs to cover thicker padding.

    I have Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD]. This Diaper Cover fits perfectly, over a Rearz cloth, pre-fold diaper. Everything is nice, and snug. The colorful pattern looks great, and makes me feel like a young kid again. Some adults, like myself, like the warmth, comfort, and security, of a tight diaper, and a soft, colorful diaper cover.
