The Silence Pant is breathable and stretchy, making it the most comfortable leak protection for daily active wear. It also decreases the noise of many styles of briefs.
Designed for light to medium urinary incontinence, we recommend pairing this pant with a hybrid system such as a disposable diaper or booster pad that has an adhesive strip to hold it in place. This combines the benefits of a disposable product and waterproof protection. Silence Pants can also be used with a cloth diaper or washable pad.
Please measure to fit legs first, then measure to fit waist/hip.

Silence pants
The black colored silence pants I got work really great I can barely hear the crinkly from my diapers. They are comfortable, soft, fit perfectly, and the leg and hip holes fit perfectly to create a great seal for sound and odor. I really recommend these silence pants.

They do change the sound.
I tested them with a few different diapers, and they do change the diaper sound from crinkly to a neutral synthetic cloth rubbing against each other, which is less noticeable. They are a little big but the elastic part fits the description. It is like there is space for REALLY thick diapers or even double diapered.
