What's Changing? Bag Pricing Lowering

We've adjusted our individual bag pricing to align more closely with our case pricing. As a result, customers purchasing bags will now see a significant reduction in cost—up to 20% compared to previous pricing.

Why We Made This Change

We understand that managing incontinence comes with enough challenges—navigating daily routines, finding the right products, and maintaining comfort and dignity throughout the day. The last thing we want is for cost to be another burden on that list.

Many of you have shared that ordering full cases isn't always practical, whether due to storage limitations, the need to try products before committing to larger quantities, or simply personal circumstances. We heard you, and we want you to know that your needs matter to us.

Previously, our best pricing was reserved for case purchases, which meant those buying individual bags weren't receiving the same value. That didn't feel right. Everyone deserves access to quality, reliable protection at a fair price—regardless of how much they're able to order at one time.
