We're excited to announce that Incontrol Diapers now accepts HSA and FSA cards as payment! We're always looking for ways to make purchasing our products more convenient and accessible, and this new payment option helps our customers maximize their healthcare benefits.

What is HSA?

HSA (Health Savings Account) is considered a special savings account that permits individuals to set aside pre-tax money to cover qualified medical expenses, including incontinence products, dental, vision care, and more. Unused HSA funds should roll over from year to year. Contributions are tax-deductible, and eligible healthcare costs can be tax-free. 

What’s the Difference Between HSA and FSA? 

The money in an HSA belongs to you, even if you change your job or insurance. 

FSA is a Flexible Spending Account sponsored by an employer that allows employees to use pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses. However, unlike HSA, you can lose access to FSA when you leave your job, and FSA funds often expire at the end of the plan year.

How It Works

Using your HSA or FSA card is just as simple as our regular checkout process. When you're ready to purchase, simply select your HSA/FSA card as your payment method, and we'll handle the rest.

If your cart contains both HSA-eligible items and non-eligible products, don't worry – our system makes it seamless. Here's what happens:

• First, your HSA/FSA card will be charged for all eligible items, which also includes shipping fees.
• Then, you'll be prompted to provide an alternative payment method for any remaining balance
• The process is smooth and clearly indicated, so there are no surprises
