Say Goodbye to Tariff & Surcharges Charges

We’re proud to announce that we are now covering all tariff fees on orders shipping to the United States and we have also removed any surcharges from the carrier. This means reduced costs at checkout, and no unexpected fees when your package arrives at your door. Just one clear price—what you see is what you pay.

US Customers Unable to Purchase on Incontroldiapers.com

There are a number of US locations we are unable to ship to, and we will provide the list below. For these locations, as we will be shipping orders directly from our warehouse in Canada, there will still be some surcharges you will be responsible for. 

FedEx FDA Fee: $14USD
UPS Disbursement Fee: $15USD
UPS FDA Fee: $31USD

List of US locations that must shop on Ca.incontroldiapers.ca: Alaska, American Samoa, Armed Forces Europe Middle East Africa Canada, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders $40 USD

Planning a larger order? We’ve got you covered. All U.S. orders $40 USD now qualify for free standard shipping. With all additional fees covered, this is the perfect time to stock up on your favorite products and enjoy serious savings.

Canada Post/USPS

As of August 25th, we will unfortunately need to pause all U.S. shipments via Canada Post for the foreseeable future. We have an alternative solution for customers shipping to PO Boxes, which is USPS.
