While the absorbency of the briefs is generally excellent, there is still the odd night when the brief leaks on my husband. I'm still perfecting the skills to get them on, but they are still the best I've found to date.

So I’ve worn these briefs aka adult diapers for many years. Just completed a trip out of our country into South America. So the true beauty of this product, if wet, is that one does NOT smell like urine. This is because of the brief’s special odor-blocking mat. This really nice feature wasn’t realized until I did not have the opportunity to catheterize myself in a drift boat or in the backseat of a pickup truck! This feature surpasses a similar product from the EU with a similar name. With that product, I easily smell myself with that stale urine odor. This is offensive to casual bystanders as well as to me. I lose and gain weight so fast with my g tube and so I am always going in between sizes and it can be frustrating but these briefs have been a godsend. Even if a bit too big at the time, I can always make them work. I use these for outings, trips and often at night. Luxurious feel and it truly gives you confidence so you can focus on you and not leaks. We love Incontrol!
